Trip to the Lake Alakol

Kazakhstan is a vast land and steppes but there are few lakes.. 

Have you ever been or heard about Alakol? 

Yeah, as a Kazakh I have heard about the lake and how people go to spend their vacation in Alakol swimming and getting tanned. But until this age, it was my first trip to Alakol with my mom, and I can say maybe oceans, seas and lakes are all the same? If you hugely disagree, and you could be right..
But for me it seems all quite or a bit somehow very similar. Why? It is just because I cannot reach with my eyes the opposite beach. LOL

Anyways the lake is beautiful, water is okay (a bit cold?)

 the sun shines as brightly as everywhere.

We stayed at a resort called "Altyn Ebi" 

We spent there two days, all meals were included (3 times)

The price for two days was around 90 dollars.

I can say summer time is always best for me despite the heat, however, reaching Alakol by train or bus seems to be difficult, because of the roads and the distance from Almaty will take 14 hours by train.
