Cardio or Weights?



For more than 5 years, I was a cardio girl!
While I was studying in Seoul, I bought a bicycle and used to go for biking.
I also went for jogging.
After I started working, I used to walk more than 4 kilometers everyday. (since I heard somewhere that happy people walk for 4 kilometers everyday!)

However, nothing was changed the way I wanted to look. I was doing many kind of research starting from Victoria's Secrets models. Then I suddenly heard that weights are the best way to change your body!





So, I would like to share with you some best advice from me and my background research:

First, doing cardio alone will not help, adding weights, doing exercises until you "burn" are the best options - I have found!

These days I go for both cardio and weights and other resistance workouts!

Best time spending in the gym should be around 45 minutes, however now I spend around an hour.


1. I go for 8 minutes for sprints on the treadmill.

2. Then I do jump ropes for 8 minutes.

3. Then I go for 4-5 sets of squats, lunges with weights. (20 reps)

4. Last, doing bridges with a ball for 3 sets with 10 reps.

I have been doing these workouts for two months now, I see the changes, and best mood coming from gym workouts!

I cannot say I have reached my goal of happy and healthy lifestyle! But I am on my way!

My last advice is always choose fruits and vegetables more than anything!
