Health Benefits of Walnuts
I decided to dedicate this post to walnuts since the birthplace of my mother is famous for walnuts. Big and tall trees of walnuts grow there!
Last year in October we gathered walnuts under the trees
And we got some walnuts since then. ☆
Originally walnuts come in shell. So this time we needed to peel them.
Walnuts can be added to any kind of meal if you love them. And there are so many health benefits!
I do not write here much information about walnuts, because there are so many articles about them.
But, they are good for cardiovascular health.
They are rich in Omega - 3.
Oil from walnuts is healthy!
And lastly, they are good for memory!
So everyday dose is not exact. However, mixing walnuts into salads and other food making processes is better to try! ★
Lastly, in the evening I craved something. And decided to mix walnuts with avocado, olive oil and yoghurt!
