How to know whether you need a personal trainer?
In the beginning of my fitness journey, I thought that I need someone to help me.
But I was shy so I decided to consult a personal trainer only for a week.
How to know whether you need a personal trainer or not? Do you know yourself so much better so it is okay to trust your own way of training?
If the answer is YES, go ahead, do your own routine, analyze your own body building results, healthy eating habits and do as much research as you can.
Second way, if you are just on the start of your fitness journey, then consult good trainers who can help you with recommendations, eating habits and so on. However, to find a good trainer can also be a challenge.
Or the third way, find someone from internet or any other social media such as Instagram, these people are really hardworking. One of very cool Instagram pages have also motivated me.

Overall, good training only depends on you. How hard you work, then results would be that great.
