How to make dakdoritang (Korean Spicy Chicken Stew)

Daktoritang - is a spicy chicken stew, served with rice.


Even though some ingredients could be hardly found, do not worry they can be replaced for your own  taste and consideration!

For example, today I made dakdoritang without special Korean sauce (gochujang), but still the taste was good! I replaced with soy paste instead.

I will refer to the detailed recipe at the end!

First, you need a chicken (can be a half of chicken) and cut them into pieces.


Special dressing ingredients like soy sauce, red chilly pepper, sugar, tablespoon of honey..


It will take around 40 minutes to prepare the meal.


It is actually a stew so comes with some soup.
