Lunch vitamins: spinach and buckwheat

Spinach

Rich with minerals and vitamins spinach can be eaten raw or cooked as a side dish. After water boiled I cooked spinach for one minute, dressed with olive and sesame oil, added garlic and eggs. 



Buckwheat

 It is considered one of superfoods around the world because of its great benefits to heart, fiber supply, and it is highly nutritious food.



Having healthy habits is important for all people of various ages and lifestyle.
