Go to gym when feeling lazy?

 Everybody has lazy days. When one of those days come, just listen to your inner voice. 


My morning routine starts with lively music, I love mornings. However, it is also time to listen to your body: what it craves, what fitness it desires and etc. 

My mom used to tell me when you wake up do not forget to stretch while on the bed. It is a habit of happy people <3
