How much time do you dedicate for your own health? 


Any kind of sport, training, martial arts, swimming and others are valuable pastime in human life.
I dedicate this post to everyone, however, looking at how elderly people live in Kazakhstan, I would want to raise their awareness about physical activity.

In Kazakhstan physical activity is a developed lifestyle for individuals, however, masses are not involved in any kind of physical activity. This can be a serious deficiency.

How much time do you walk (just walk) every week, every day?
Do you ever do stretching?
What is your favorite physical activity?

Every person, every child, every nation need to develop its favorite physical routine. It can be tennis, it could be swimming, it could be martial arts, or baseball, basketball.

Sports are not for chosen ones.

Consider healthy lifestyle more than anything!
