My favorite list of exercises (HIIT)


What is HIIT? 


Though pronouncing HIIT correctly is a challenge, but more complex is the nature of this type of exercise. 

HIIT - is the abbreviation of high-intensity interval training. 

I have become introduced with HIIT around two years ago. Though HIIT does not build muscles specifically, this type of exercises can be effective in fat reduction of the body. 

Here, I introduce some of HIIT exercises. Currently I do HIIT in 3 sets (with 30 seconds of exercises of each type, overall 3 types as below) and 30 seconds of resting time.
