What is bibimbap and how to prepare it?
Hi there~
I was absent for a while, soon I want to try myself as an entrepreneur. I believe when you believe everything is possible. So... coming soon... I will introduce my work.
For now I want to introduce you with this Korean cuisine. Koreans make it tasty and more professionally than I do. But still learning different cultures by making food is a great idea, isn't it?
What is bibimbap?
This colorful food contains different ingredients:
- cucumber
- spinach
- beef
- carrots
- rice
- gochujang - Korean spicy sauce
Changing the ingredients is also possible as you wish.
This Saturday I tried making bibimbap with the ingredients I have and still it was good and somehow reminded me of dolsot bibimbap I tried in Korea.
Onion and garlic ( I used for marinating beef along with gochujang)
Cut cucumber, dress with soy sauce
I added mushrooms (boiled and then fried with onion)
I added daikon and carrots
This is a spicy sauce - gochujang
Put rice in the bowl and then all the ingredients above with fried egg above...
I forgot to take the last picture so I will use interned pic instead...
And lastly, look at the sunset today... it was very beautiful ❤
